Between the global pandemic, racial injustices , and a heated presidential election, 2020 has left most of us exhausted and overwhelmed. Our fifth most popular article highlights the initial findings from a statistical model developed by our own data experts here at VetSuccess. Analysis shows that Invoices Per Patient (visits) have a greater effect on increasing Revenue Per Patient than Average Client Transaction (ACT).
We also found that Average Client Transactions of $300 or more negatively impact Invoices Per Patient. We see fewer and fewer visits (Invoices Per Patient) when ACT surpasses $300. Read on to discover what these findings mean for veterinary practices.
